Local Shipments
For local shipments, we ship out our items either through normal mail or registered mail.
We strongly encourage customers to opt for registered mail for added security though lost of parcel during normal mail is rare.

Please note that there would be additional charges for registered articles and parcels weighing more than 2kg.
Upon posting out the parcel, an email would be sent to inform of the date of delivery of mail (for normal mails) or the registered article number (for registered mails).
We will try our very best to keep all shipments satisfied.
However, kindly note that we will not be liable for any lost parcels during normal mailing process.
We also offer Personal-Self Collection at our designated collection venues.
FAQ - What do you mean by registered mail?A registered mail means that a registered article (RA) number would be allocated to the parcel that was being sent to the post office branches.
This RA number consist of a 9 digits starting with RR and ends with SG.
It can be found on the posting receipt that was filled with the addressee’s particulars.
With this number, you can use it to track the status of the mail through the REGISTERED ARTICLE STATUS INFORMATION. Hence, you are more insured of the status of your parcel.
FAQ – How long does it take for my parcel to arrive for local shipments using Singpost?Generally, it will take about 3 - 5 working days.

Mac Premium allows you to make your purchases using any of the payment methods described below. Please read carefully with respect to payment methods before you place an order.
Funds transfer
Mac Premium accepts bank transfer as a valid form of payment.
If you would like to use fund-transfer for your purchase, please follow these procedures.
Step 1: Use our order form to place your orders.
Step 2: Note the total purchase amount after any applicable promotion.
Step 3: Wait for our confirmation email before transfering the total amount of your order.
Step 4: Please note the details of your funds transfer reference number and email us for prove of payment done.
Processing time varies among banking institutions, therefore fund transfer can be delayed. Please allow one business day for the processing of your fund-transfer. We will acknowledge the transaction within 1 business day and process the shipments.
Online payment via Paypal
Step 1: Use our order form to place your orders.
Step 2: Indicate payment preference as Paypal and we will email you the details.
Note: A 5% surcharge will be incurred by buyer for payment made via paypal.
